Jack Oliver – 20yrs old

Via Greenwich council, Paid work placement as a general labourer working on a Lakehouse project for the 2012 Equestrian site in Greenwich, working for Buxted, the groundwork contractor .

Met with Zac, site manager for Buxted Groundworks, who manages Kieran, he gave him a glowing review with an excellent score for both willingness and attitude to others. For safety awareness, capability, timekeeping/attendance, standard of work and communication skills he scored Kieran above average. Zac believes there may be an apprenticeship opportunity for Kieran, which we are now sponsoring through one of our framework partners.

Kieran loves the job, he feels he has learned so much from the work placement and is looking forward to the opportunity the apprenticeship will offer. Kieran does not want to be unemployed.
