Jack Oliver – 20yrs old

Via Greenwich council, Paid work placement as a general labourer working on a Lakehouse project for the 2012 Equestrian site in Greenwich.

Jamie Brown, the site manager said Jack scored above average for safety awareness, standard of work, had a good attitude to others, and showed a willingness to work. His timekeeping and attendance was also good.

Jack wanted to continue working within construction, so after the 6 months ILM contract, he was offered a full time position through Deploy into Lakehouse. We are now discussing up-skilling options for Jack. Jack commented on how much practical experience he attained since the placement started, and praised all the staff on site for the support and advice handed out. In particular he mentioned Jamie’s support.
